Fairies in the Pink

This is the fairy on the top of a Jewelry box i created for a 9 year old a few years ago.....the background is a pink velvet that i used to call 'Barbie' pink but nowadays think of as 'Hochanda' pink lol.
Below are the Fairies that are on the sides of the box.

All the fairies are painted with acrylic for faces and skin, the rest of the images are worked in freestyle embroidery on a satin background...they are then fixed to the velvet with ALOT of beads.
The Bottom image also has two butterflies worked with beads and wire.
There are cheats in these pictures...yes i did the embroidery and painted the fairies, made the butterflies etc, but the images are cribbed from colouring in books and altered to suit my needs....i cant draw faces to save my life so a little cheating is allowed lol...
